- What is continuous service or automatic Renewal?
Continuous service ensures you never miss an issue of your favorite magazine, and you never have to deal with multiple renewal notices. This service is part of the terms of our offers, which are provided on the order page, confirmation and renewal emails.
We send a renewal email notice 31 days in advance of all renewals that includes the rate, number of issues, delivery and billing information and the due date to cancel. There is also a link where you can click to cancel the order directly. A second renewal reminder is sent 7 days in advance of the renewal, providing all the same information. If the order is cancelled prior to the renewal date indicated, no charges will be made.
- How do I Opt-Out of automatic renewals?
Go to Blue Dolphin Magazines - Order Management (magtracker.com) and use the email address used to purchase the subscriptions and the order numbers you wish to opt-out of renewals. You will see the Disable Auto-Renewal option after successfully logging in.
- How do I manage my orders?
To manage your subscriptions, please go to Blue Dolphin Magazines - Order Management (magtracker.com). There you will be required to enter the email address used to place your orders, and order number(s).
From this page you will be able to change the address, payment information, cancel orders and disable automatic renewals.

How will I know if I’m due a refund?
- $2 promotional offers are non-refundable, as stated on the terms. To avoid further charges, you can opt out of automatic renewals.
- For renewal orders, full refunds are issued if the order was cancelled within 5 days after the payment was processed. For orders cancelled more than 5 days after it was processed, the refund will be pro-rated.
- Groupon purchases are final and non-refundable according to Groupon.com.
If you've cancelled a subscription and you're due a refund, a credit will be issued to the card you used when ordering, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
