You can manage your magazine subscriptions online through MagTracker, including canceling eligible subscriptions.
To access your orders, visit the Blue Dolphin Magazines – Order Management page. You will need:
- Your Order ID.
- The email address used when the order was placed.
After your Order ID and email address are verified, you will be prompted to enter a one-time security code. This code will be sent to the email address associated with your order and may take up to 10 minutes to arrive. For your security, Customer Support cannot access or resend this code.
If you have multiple orders, you will need to repeat this process for each Order ID.
Please Note: Canceling a subscription does not automatically qualify the order for a refund. Refund eligibility is determined by the terms and conditions of the offer under which the subscription was purchased. Please review the applicable offer terms and our Refund Policy before requesting a cancellation.
