We offer different types of subscriptions and promotions. As a result, refunds are evaluated based on the nature and terms of your order.
- New, non-promotional, and renewal orders: If you cancel your subscription within 5 days of the processing date, you will receive a full refund. If canceled past 5 days of the processing date, the refund will be pro-rated.
- $2.00 promotions and voucher offers like Groupon are non-refundable.
- Barnes & Noble orders: They can be cancelled at any time, and the refund is based on the date of purchase rather than the number of issues received. Cancelled orders will receive a prorated refund.
- Shipping & handling fees are also non-refundable. These terms are provided on the offer page during the checkout process as well as the confirmation email.
Refunds will be issued to the card you used when ordering, typically within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that due to a change in credit card processing procedures, some automated refunds do not process successfully and must be refunded via mailed check. Checks will be mailed to the name and billing address you provided when placing the order(s).
