- We are not responsible for non-delivery to correctional facilities. Per the rules of most correctional facilities, Maxim & Inked are prohibited titles and considered contraband. These titles are commonly ordered and not received due to the rules of the correction facility that the inmate is a part of.
- When an inmate is transferring facilities, publishers need to know about an address change 2-3 months in advance so that there are no missed issues. We are not responsible for missed issues due to changing facilities. As transferring may have a short notice, we are able to change the address, but we are not responsible for issues missed during this time.
- All inmate orders do require an inmate number. We are unable to add an inmate number after the order has processed. When the order is initiated, the inmate number must be added at that time. If an inmate number is not entered at the time of redemption, we may not be able to add the number as that results as a name and address change, which publishers do not allow.
- Recipient information should be entered with the following format:
(First name, Last name Inmate number no symbols)
(Address Line 1, Physical address)
(Address Line 2/Company Line, Facility name)
(City/State/Zip)
Inmate numbers should be entered after the last name only.
Name fields can contain letters and numbers only. Adding symbols in the name fields (#, @, -, *, etc) can cause information entered after the symbol to be removed.
There is a limit of 24 characters per line on magazine mailing labels. Please utilize the second address line for the facility name.
