Groupon Voucher purchases will not fulfill your order until the voucher itself is redeemed from Blue Dolphin. The purchase you made through Groupon entitles you to a magazine offer at a discounted price in comparison to standard newsstand or subscription costs. The voucher must be redeemed in order for your actual magazine purchase to be processed and eventually received.
To redeem your Groupon voucher:
- Go to My Stuff, on your Groupon account.
- Find your order and click “Redeem Online.”
- Click “Redeem Online.” You’ll be taken to the merchant’s website, and your redemption code will automatically be applied.
- Enter any required information on the merchant website (like payment and shipping details) and complete checkout.
- Enjoy!
- If you have the 15-character alphanumerical redemption code, another option to redeem your voucher is below.
Please redeem your code before the expiration date at: https://www.redeemvoucher.com/groupon and enter the requested information.
If the offer includes a one-time non-refundable shipping and handling fee outlined in Groupon's "Need to Know" section paid to Blue Dolphin at the time of redemption.
When entering payment information for the shipping and handling fee, please be sure that:
1. The credit card being used Is NOT a prepaid card
2. The Billing and Ship To information are in the correct fields, and the billing name and address on the order EXACTLY matches the billing name and address on file with the credit card company
3. The expiration date is current.
4. The credit card is issued by a US bank.
5. Autofill is turned off in your browser settings.
If you are placing a gift order, enter your name and information under “Your Address” then click the “This is a gift” box. Another field will appear to enter the recipient’s name and shipping address.
Once the redemption is completed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email from Blue Dolphin, bluedolphin@m2rewards.com. Make sure to check your spam folder, and/or add this address to your safe list or whitelist. This email will include your subscription details like order number, delivery name and address, delivery timeframe and renewal details.
