You will be required to enter the same email address used to place your orders, and the order number. This information is included in the confirmation email sent shortly after placing an order. Please make sure you check your promotions and/or spam folders.
Once the information above is successfully verified, the next step will prompt a verification code. This code will be sent to the email address provided, which can take up to 10 minutes to arrive. This code is alphanumeric, and once entered, it will take you to the order management page.
Please note that orders can take up to 24 hours to update in the system. And your order(s) are tied to the email address used when they were purchased.
