When entering payment information for the fulfillment fee, please be sure that:
- The credit card being used Is NOT a prepaid card
- The billing name and address on the order EXACTLY matches the billing name and address on file with the credit card company.
- The expiration date is current.
- The credit card is issued by a US bank.
- Autofill is turned off in your browser settings.
If you have made previous attempts, you may also wish to clear your browsing history or attempt to place the order using a different browser or a different credit card. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact our Customer Care Team with the last type of card and last 4 digits of the credit card, and we will be glad to further help you.
